Anna, born and raised in Memphis, TN, has a B.A. in Communication from the University of Arizona, a master’s degree in Public Administration from USC and a master’s degree in Jewish Non-Profit Management from Hebrew Union College. Most recently, Anna served as the Chief Advancement Officer for the Jewish Community Center of Greater Columbus. Prior to Ohio, Anna worked at the Evelyn Rubenstein JCC, here in Houston, for four years in a variety of roles, though most notably as the Director of Children and Camping. With over 12 years of Jewish non-profit professional experience, Anna has also worked for the Memphis JCC and the Jewish Federation of Long Beach, CA.
Anna is thrilled to join the team at Congregation Emanu El and looks forward to making connections, working to advance the synagogue, and being a part of this wonderful community. As Director of Congregational Advancement, Anna will cultivate, develop and deepen members’ relationships with our congregation. In her free time, Anna enjoys exercising, watching her kids do their things, and exploring the Houston restaurant scene. Anna and her husband, Erez, have two children, Eytan and Eliya.
