As If: A 90’s Purim Spiel

Join us in the Barish Sanctuary for the Purim Spiel! If you are unable to join us in-person, please find us on the Barish Sanctuary (streaming video page) and the Emanu El Facebook page, along with our YouTube and Roku channels.

We’re taking things back to the 90’s, and it’s going to be all that and a bag of chips! We’ll tell the story of Queen Esther while rockin’ out to the music of Britney Spears, Ace of Base and the Spice Girls.

Following the spiel, all are invited to head over to our Purim Carnival, sponsored by the Helfman Religious School Committee. The outdoor carnival will take place around the synagogue’s campus and in the Gaylor Parking Facility. From games to inflatables, hamantaschen to arts & crafts, and of course confetti eggs, there will be something for everyone. More information on the carnival will be available in forthcoming synagogue and Helfman communications.
