At this time of year, we can all use a bit of mindfulness and reflection. The Women of Gen-X Kehillah invite you to a join a Mindful Meditation Session on Wednesday, September 11 at 6:30 p.m.
Led by Ann Friedman, Ph.D., this session will help you to clarify your intentions, accept what you cannot change, and bring compassion to difficult situations. The health benefits of mindfulness include reducing stress, decreasing anxiety, and boosting the immune system functioning to name a few.
There is no fee to attend, and all are invited. Refreshments will be provided.
