Admissions Process For New Applicants  

2017-2018

 

  • Please complete the application and attach a $25.00 non-refundable waiting list application fee. Please mail or deliver the application to the Becker school  office. Applications are accepted year round.
  • Children must be 15 months old by September 1, 2017 to enroll at Becker for the 2017-18 school year and 15 months by December 1, 2017 to enroll in the Spring January 2018 Young Toddler Tues/Thurs class.
  • Priority admission is given to members of Congregation Emanu El and families currently enrolled at Becker and their siblings, and siblings of former Becker students.
  • Your place on the wait list is determined by the date your application form is received and your priority status.
  • Priority registration for Congregation Emanu El members and current Becker students and their siblings begins in late January 2017.
  • Registration for all other applicants on the wait list will begin in February 2017, when priority registration ends.

If a place becomes available in your child’s age level, an acceptance letter or email  will be sent to you with enrollment forms for the 2017-2018 school  year. The enrollment agreement, registration forms and the $250.00 non-refundable registration fee must be returned to Becker within two weeks after receiving your acceptance letter to complete enrollment and register your child for 2017-18.

If you are applying to Pre-K, teacher recommendation forms are required.
Children are accepted regardless of race, religion or nationality.
Limited scholarships are available. Please contact Becker admissions for a PSAS Student Aid Form.
Scholarship applications are due by May 30, 2017.
